Winter Project Meetings: Report on meeting March 28 at Waak’s: How to show in the "Dressage Suitability" class.

Horse Project T-shirt Orders: report by Terri W. (early order for those attending Horse bowl)

Annual Charter Renewal requirements: Revised By-laws to be submitted with 2009/2010 Charter renewal. Horse Project Guidelines also need to be updated and approved by the committee prior to Sept. 2009.

New Business:

Open Arena / Gymkhana Practice: Regular dates with clinicians are June 24, July 8 & 29, and August 12. Topic ideas include a lunge line clinic, and trail obstacles. Other ideas / clinicians? Other Wed's in between, from May thru Sept, will be gymkhana practice--4 of those nights will be with a clinician (once per month) starting May 6 at 6PM with Paula Curtis. Any 4-H member is welcome to use the small arena for additional practice on those dates as well.

Spring Trail Ride: possibly May 30^th?? Location suggestions--Kim L.

Spring Horse Camp: June 12-13.  Sat. Clinicians--Jack & Paula Curtis (Contract?).

Other Dates for 2009: Kewaunee Co. 4H Horsemanship & Trail Clinic, May 17. State Hunter & Dressage Show, Plymouth, June 26-28. Mtw. Co. Fair, Aug. 25-30.  State Gymkhana, Sept. 12-13. State Horse Expo, Sept. 17-20.

Trailblazers Horse Club is looking for a 4-H club to run the food booth at their horse show Sunday, July 26 at Expo. All profits would go directly to the 4-H club. If interested, see Brenda for contact info.
